30 Day Planking Challenge in June

Why am I DOING this?

Yes, I do just like a challenge.

Yes, I do just like an excuse to exercise.

However, you may not know that my nephew has been a patient at GOSH following a diagnosis of COATS, a disease which has resulted in him losing the sight in one eye. He’s an absolute trooper and carries on with his usual crazy boy energy, so the least I can do is do a few planks and ask for a few pennies so GOSH can continue providing the support they do to children and their families.

I’m doing 30 days of planking this June for GOSH Charity!

I’m challenging myself to do 30 days of planking this June to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSH Charity).

Every day brings new challenges at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). Every day, around 750 seriously ill children and young people are seen at GOSH from all over the UK for life-changing treatment and care. Every day, doctors and nurses battle the most complex illnesses, and the brightest minds come together to achieve pioneering medical breakthroughs.

And with every day I plank, I’ll be helping GOSH Charity give seriously ill children the chance of a better future.

This extraordinary hospital has always depended on charitable support, so please help me to achieve my goal by giving whatever you can; no amount is too small to make a difference.
