100 KM of Courage: Running for Great Ormond Street hospital
This September, I’m lacing up my trainers for a challenge that’s bigger than fitness. I’ve committed to running 100 km in 30 days to raise awareness and support for Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH).
Why? Because GOSH is more than a hospital. It’s a place where children with rare and complex conditions are given hope, care, and a chance at life. Their courage, and the strength of the families who stand beside them, is what inspires me to take on this challenge.
It’s All About Mindset
Running 100 km in a month won’t be easy. There will be days when I’m tired, when my legs are heavy, when my motivation dips. But this challenge isn’t just about physical stamina — it’s about mindset.
Every step I take is a reminder to push beyond comfort zones, to stay disciplined, and to keep going when it gets tough. Because if these children can fight battles so much bigger than a run, then I can keep moving forward — kilometre by kilometre.
How You Can Help
This run is about more than me. It’s about coming together to support GOSH so they can continue their life-changing work. Whether you choose to donate, share my journey, or simply cheer me on, your support will make every kilometre more meaningful.
Together, we can turn 100 km into something extraordinary: hope, strength, and care for children who need it most.
Let’s make every step count. 💜

About GOSH Charity
Childhood is special. It should be a time of joy, wonder, curiosity and fun. Of making friends, making mistakes, and growing into the adults we become. But it’s also fragile, and sometimes all too brief.
That’s why Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity raises funds to help give seriously ill children childhoods that are fuller, funner and longer. For the children from all over the UK who are treated by Great Ormond Street Hospital every day, for children with rare or complex illnesses everywhere, for this generation and all those to come. Because no childhood should be lost to serious illness.
And with every kilometre I run, and every pound raised, we’ll be helping to give seriously ill children the best chance and the best childhood possible.
Please help me to achieve my goal by giving whatever you can; no amount is too small to make a difference.
