50 Push-Ups a Day for GOSH – Inspired by Their Strength ❤️
This November, I'm challenging myself to complete 50 push-ups every single day to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity (GOSH Charity), a cause incredibly close to my heart.
Having personal experience of Great Ormond Street Hospital, I've seen just how extraordinary the people behind it truly are. From the incredible nurses who return each day and night with a smile, regardless of what they've faced, to the doctors working tirelessly, the volunteers who give so much, and the families whose strength is tested beyond belief.
But above all, it's the children who inspire me.
No child should have to fight for their childhood. It should be filled with laughter, adventure, friendships and memories, not hospital appointments, treatments and uncertainty. Yet these children show a level of courage and resilience that most of us could never imagine.
Their strength will fuel mine.
When my arms are aching and another 50 push-ups feels impossible, I'll think of the children who don't get to choose their challenges, the families who keep fighting alongside them, and the incredible people who care for them.
My challenge lasts just one month. For many of these children and their families, the challenges they face don't come with an end date. This is my way of recognising their incredible strength and giving something back.
Because every child deserves a childhood, no matter how long or short it may be.
If you can spare anything, I'd be incredibly grateful. Every pound raised can make a difference. ❤️
