I’m stepping up for seriously ill kids
I'll be climbing 36 floors and 896 steps up London's iconic Walkie Talkie building on Saturday, 28th March to help build the new Children’s Cancer Centre at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). I’m also aiming to improve my previous time of 11min 23sec from March 2024.
I’m doing this because I believe that no childhood should be cut short by illness. No parent should go without support.
GOSH needs a new home for breakthrough treatments, so they can save more children’s lives. Research and treatments have dramatically improved survival, but cancer is still the biggest killer of children aged one to 14 in the UK. And because cancer shouldn't get to steal anyone's childhood, GOSH needs a place that's more than a hospital – a place that's a school, a playground, a garden and so much more.
Help me raise funds for this important cause and sponsor my Tower Climb challenge.
