My target 100 kms
I’m running 100 miles in May for GOSH Charity!
I was born with a genetic condition called RASA-1 which is a capillary malfunction, having only been discovered in 2003 it wasn’t a very well known condition and there for it took a while to get the right answers from doctors when trying to figure out what it actually was and what it meant. Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) was the hospital who finally gave me clarity on my condition, luckily it was nothing drastic that would affect my life in anyway but I am still so grateful for all the support they have given me over the years. As I approach my 18th birthday I know that this means I no longer qualify as a patient at this children’s hospital, but in thanks to all of the help they have given me over the years, I have decided to run 100 miles in May. I think that it is important that all children with all sorts of conditions get help from professionals such as all of the doctors that work at GOSH to answer all their questions on their own conditions.
You go girl! Really proud of u what ur doing is amazing xxx
