Over the course of October, I swam the 8km, and together we have raised over £650 for GOSH Charity to help give seriously ill children childhoods that are fuller, more fun and longer – how AMAZING! :D 

The challenge has been super enjoyable, not to mention personally fulfilling.

One week left, one kilometre to go!

WIth just under one week left, and one kilometre to go, the finish line is very much in sight (please excuse the running reference, I'm struggling to find a suitable metaphor with "wall" in it)! 

I'm very pleased to share that so far we've helped to raise over £550 for GOSH Charity, and we are so so close to hitting that fundraising goal! Let's see if we can get there!

Over halfway there!

5 down, 3 to go!

On Tuesday, I completed my 4th kilometre at the Oasis Sports Centre in the heart of London – here's a post-swim snap – and today I added a further kilometre to the total! It's been a busy week of swimming!

However, there's still a way to go, both in the pool and in terms of hitting my fundraising goal. If you are willing and able to donate, any amount you can spare would be so appreciated and make a real difference, and will definitely be helpful motivation for the final push! Thank you! <3

I'm pleased to report that I've completed the first 2km of my 8km challenge!

So far, we've helped to raise £220 for GOSH Charity – thank you so much to everyone who has donated so far, and for your motivational words too!

There's still a way to go, not to mention lots of time left to donate ;) – any amount you can give makes a difference!

I’m swimming 8km in October for GOSH Charity!

Hello there!

I’m challenging myself to swim 8km this October to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity (GOSH Charity).

GOSH is close to my family's hearts – my brother Max received life-saving treatment for transposition of the great arteries (TGA) there as an infant – and we will be forever grateful for the fantastic care that he received at GOSH, so that he can now live his life to the max (wink, wink). 

Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity raises funds to help give seriously ill children childhoods that are fuller, funner and longer. 

With every kilometre I swim, and every pound raised, we’ll be helping to give seriously ill children the best chance and the best childhood possible.

Please help me to achieve my goal by giving whatever you can; no amount is too small to make a difference.
