Hi everyone sorry I have not posted recently as I have been very busy with school. Even though I haven't updated my blog I have still been swimming every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday/Sunday. I have got only 12 laps left and then I have completed the entire 8km Swim. I am still gonna continue to swim through the rest of March to add to the challenge. I have really appreciated you guys support if you haven't donated and are able to/ want to please do this hospital means all lot to me and will be appreciated a lot. Thank you everyone :)

4th Swim

Did my 4th swim yesterday! Swam constantly for 1km! So 5km in total now! 😄

3rd Swim

Today I swam 24 laps. In total I've done just over 4km so far, so I'm over half way! I will be going back on Sunday and I hope I will complete many for laps. Thank you to all the people who have supported me in this challenge. It is greatly appreciated. I hope we meet the target of £225

First swim

Thank you to everyone who has donated. Today I did my first swim and I did 60 lengths (30laps / 1.5km) . It was very tiring but my family cheered me on and I powered through. Thanks for your support. I'll be back Tuesday to do some more 😃

I’m swimming 8km in March for GOSH Charity!

I'm challenging myself to swim 8km this March to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity.

Since October 2025, I have visiting the hospital for scans and procedures. During this time, we’ve seen first-hand the incredible care, dedication and kindness of the doctors, nurses and staff. They don’t just treat children — they support whole families — and we are so grateful for everything they continue to do for us.

GOSH works tirelessly to give seriously ill children the best possible care and the best possible chance — and that’s why this challenge means so much to us.

With every kilometre I swim and every pound raised, we’ll be helping to support the amazing work they do every single day.
