1500 Squats in November 2023

Build A Bum

Todays the day !! You all know how much GOSH is so very close to my heart. They helped me after the tragic death of my very first child Ollie. A dedicated child bereavement supporter, would come to my house in the early days and she gave me, the tools to carry on. In later years (about 7 years ago) it was with deep regret that their specialist neuro/spinal and multi disciplinary teams, had to diagnose Jude, with an awful and complex spinal tumour. It was from there, that he had the best care, that this land has to offer. I am extremely  grateful for all that they have done for me and my very precious family. I would be very much grateful if you could just join me somehow, with a little bit of help, In supporting them to always go that extra mile, when caring for so many sick children and their families 🙏 it would be much appreciated x Francine

I’m doing 1500 squats in November for GOSH Charity!

I’m challenging myself to do 1500 squats this November to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSH Charity).

Every day brings new challenges at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). Every day, around 750 seriously ill children and young people are seen at GOSH from all over the UK for life-changing treatment and care. Every day, doctors and nurses battle the most complex illnesses, and the brightest minds come together to achieve pioneering medical breakthroughs.

And with every squat I do, I’ll be helping GOSH Charity give seriously ill children the chance of a better future.

This extraordinary hospital has always depended on charitable support, so please help me to achieve my goal by giving whatever you can; no amount is too small to make a difference.
