I’m doing 50 Squats a Day in November for GOSH Charity!
I’m challenging myself to do 50 squats a day this November to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity (GOSH Charity).
All the young lives that GOSH support is truly incredible and I am specifically raising the money for one very special little girl in our lives - Ellie. This beautiful girl in my profile photo is the daughter of my best friend who was urgently helped by GOSH in the first few months of her life. I will be sharing more of her story in future posts. Without the help of emergency services and GOSH, we may not have been so blessed to have such a happy, bubbly and clever girl in all our lives.
That’s why Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity raises funds to help give seriously ill children childhoods that are fuller, funner and longer. For the children from all over the UK who are treated by Great Ormond Street Hospital every day, for children with rare or complex illnesses everywhere, for this generation and all those to come. Because no childhood should be lost to serious illness.
And with every squat I do, and every pound raised, we’ll be helping to give seriously ill children the best chance and the best childhood possible.
Please help me to achieve my goal by giving whatever you can; no amount is too small to make a difference.

Well done Gemma! 1 day down, 49 to go!!
