Early start to this week’s swims and another 20 lengths in the bag. Which brings my total to 2km!!! It’s only the 6th October and I am so happy to get to this point so early!

What makes today’s swim even more special is that today is Naomi’s first day of phased return back to school… it’s just 3 weeks today that we walked out of Koala ward and returned home to Wales! She’s making an amazing and miraculous recovery and very determined and resilient! ❤️‍🩹 Go Naomi Go! ❤️🙏🏼🙌🏼🎉

It’s Friday the 3rd October… and I’ve completed 1,500 which was my target for this week!

I’m so happy with how it is going and how much support and donations have already been raised! I really am overwhelmed and grateful and Naomi is also enjoying the journey and the updates and can’t wait till the last week when she will be able to swim again and join me for the challenge! ❤️

Swim Challenge Eve!

So tomorrow is the first plunge!

I’m excited to be starting this swimming challenge tomorrow to not only raise money for GOSH but to also give back to the hospital where our daughter recently had life changing surgery and is recovering well with a bright future full of hope! This hospital has been one part of our journey. Many people have been praying and partnering with us over the past 2+ years. The support, love and prayers we have received is incredible. We thank God for all that he has done!

This swim challenge will make a difference to other children who are also going through challenging, serious illness. If you are able to- please sponsor me. Thank you in advance!
