2nd swim in and loving it.

Another swim tonight covering a distance well over 2k swimming from Pakefield Church to the south pier. Special thanks to my colleagues and good friends from the Lowestoft Volunteer Lifeguard Corps. Water felt alot colder tonight possibly due to a change in wind direction.

Its been a rough few weeks trying to bring myself to accept that Jack is no longer with us but having this to concentrate on has really helped me focus on something positive. Knowing we are helping a charity that was so special to Jack and other Children in the UK is really driving me to the finish line.

Thankyou to everyone for the support.

First swim complete

Swam from the Claremont pier to Pakefield church. A good 2k swim with me old partner in crime Mr Ben Hebditch. Thanks for the company mate. I appreciate all the support in messages and donations. Thankyou!

For our precious Jack ❤️

Hello All, I am planning to swim 8km over the month of March for Great Ormond Street Hospital in memory and honour of my beautiful nephew Jack Christopher Cutts, who sadly passed away at the young age of 16. Jack had a major heart operation when only a few weeks old, performed by the amazing surgeons and nurses of Great Ormond Street Hospital, which brought us 16 amazing years of loving memories with him. Most of my swim will be carried out in the sea if conditions allow, with my fellow team mates from the Lowestoft Volunteer Lifeguard Corps. Please donate if you can and spread the word 💙

I’m swimming 8km in March for GOSH Charity!

I’m challenging myself to swim 8km this March to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity (GOSH Charity).

Childhood is special. It should be a time of joy, wonder, curiosity and fun. Of making friends, making mistakes, and growing into the adults we become. But it’s also fragile, and sometimes all too brief.

That’s why Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity raises funds to help give seriously ill children childhoods that are fuller, funner and longer. For the children from all over the UK who are treated by Great Ormond Street Hospital every day, for children with rare or complex illnesses everywhere, for this generation and all those to come. Because no childhood should be lost to serious illness.

And with every kilometre I swim, and every pound raised, we’ll be helping to give seriously ill children the best chance and the best childhood possible.

Please help me to achieve my goal by giving whatever you can; no amount is too small to make a difference.
