50 Squats a Day in November 2026

In Memory of My Beautiful Stanley

My last Challenge Stanley was still us, in February, his best friends mum stepped in and Finished for us because sadly his treatment for Brain cancer jad to stop. Sadly on 14th April Stanley took his last precious breath at 07:22 am, just 3 days after we got we got Married, for him.... it was his wish. The day after he fell unconscious started having seizures and never opened his eyes or spoke another word.
We made his final months the best we could, but brain cancer takes other in ways you can never ever imagine.

Stanley spent almost half his life battling cancer, from the age of 6 to the age of 11, with many of them years being an inpatient, out patient at GOSH. Since losing Stanley our worlds have never been the same and I clear my head by walking.... thanks to Februarys challenge that walking and jogging has remained a strong part of my life. I want to continue bettering myself for him as I promised so now squats is the way forward!

Please donate what you can in Memory of our Beaitiful Stanley, Stanley helped GOSH charity raise 1,000s while he was here by giving permission to share his story and photos, mainly with the cancer centre, he continues to do so now.... Stanleys legacy will be to ensure no other child has to suffer like he did!

I’m doing 50 Squats a Day in November for GOSH Charity!

I’m challenging myself to do 50 squats a day this November to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity (GOSH Charity).

Childhood is special. It should be a time of joy, wonder, curiosity and fun. Of making friends, making mistakes, and growing into the adults we become. But it’s also fragile, and sometimes all too brief.

That’s why Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity raises funds to help give seriously ill children childhoods that are fuller, funner and longer. For the children from all over the UK who are treated by Great Ormond Street Hospital every day, for children with rare or complex illnesses everywhere, for this generation and all those to come. Because no childhood should be lost to serious illness.

And with every squat I do, and every pound raised, we’ll be helping to give seriously ill children the best chance and the best childhood possible.

Please help me to achieve my goal by giving whatever you can; no amount is too small to make a difference.
