My target 8 kms
I’m swimming 8km in October for GOSH Charity!
I’m challenging myself to swim 8km this October to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity (GOSH Charity). Starting the challenge at 35 weeks pregnant makes it a little more difficult, but I’m hoping to get it done!
GOSH Charity raises funds for the seriously ill children from all over the UK who are treated there. Every pound raised will help give them a better chance.
In 2020, Eloise Taylor- a brave, mature, kind and intelligent girl in my year group at the time, sadly lost her second battle with leukaemia at just 13 years old. I remember visiting her at Great Ormond Street and seeing the incredible care and support given to her and her family. This challenge is in her memory and in support of the hospital that cared for her.
Please help me to achieve my goal by giving whatever you can; no amount is too small to make a difference.
