I’m doing 100 push-ups a day in November for GOSH Charity! 

Why?

I’m challenging myself to do 100 push-ups a day this November to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSH Charity).

As some of you will know we have been under the care of GOSH for the last year with my beautiful daughter Scarlett who has a rare genetic condition called Cornelia de Lange Syndrome. The quality of care and love from the nurses, general staff, researchers, specialists and doctors blows me away every time we go. They are all true treasures and I wanted to do my small bit to pay it forward. 

The bigger picture..

Every day brings new challenges at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). Every day, around 750 seriously ill children and young people are seen at GOSH from all over the UK for life-changing treatment and care.

Every day, doctors and nurses battle the most complex illnesses, and the brightest minds come together to achieve pioneering medical breakthroughs. 

GOSH Charity give seriously ill children the chance of a better future.

This extraordinary hospital has always depended on charitable support, so please help me to achieve my goal by giving whatever you can; no amount is too small to make a difference.
