After a set back with my knee from Sunday.. a couple of days rest and easing back in! Another 5.5km down.. and edging closer to half way x

For Bonnie Grace Payne ✨ our tiny, heart warrior.⁣

As some of you know, at 20 weeks, our beautiful Bonnie was diagnosed with a heart condition that meant she would need surgery in her first few weeks earth side. This week, our beautiful, brave girl showed us just how strong she is after undergoing open heart surgery at just 11 days old 🫀 ⁣

I will be challenging myself to run 100km in September to raise funds for the incredible team over at Great Ormond Street who care for babies and children like Bonnie, every day ❤️‍🩹 Time to dust off the gym gear and dig out the Asthma pump… 🏃‍♀️ pray for my shins!
