100 Push-Ups a Day in November 2024

100 push ups - December

Hi guys. I'm doing 100 push ups per day for the whole of December, even on Christmas Day and my Birthday, for the Great Ormond Street Children's hospital charity. That's 3100 push ups in a month. Please support me in getting me to my target of £420 which is £10 for every year I've been alive. Even just a shoutout will keep me going. Thanks all.

I’m doing 100 push-ups a day in December for GOSH Charity!

I’m challenging myself to do 100 push-ups a day this December to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSH Charity).

Every day brings new challenges at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). Every day, around 750 seriously ill children and young people are seen at GOSH from all over the UK for life-changing treatment and care. Every day, doctors and nurses battle the most complex illnesses, and the brightest minds come together to achieve pioneering medical breakthroughs.

And with every push-up I do, I’ll be helping GOSH Charity give seriously ill children the chance of a better future.

This extraordinary hospital has always depended on charitable support, so please help me to achieve my goal by giving whatever you can; no amount is too small to make a difference.

Good luck Paul. Cheering you on as you push up for Great Ormond Street! Remember, it’s one push-up for the kids and one for the glory—just don’t face-plant in the name of charity! 💪
