Inclined
Soooooo still recovering so I've let myself off a bit and done inclined push ups the last 3 days.Back to it
I have to be honest and let you know that I've not done any push ups for a week. I've been very ill indeed, I ever cancelled gigs and I NEVER cancel gigs, the show always goes on.Sigh
Okay so, the US election results have made me very unhappy today. Not feeling very optimistic (I usually am very upbeat) about the future.Walking to the gym...
I'm working late today so I can get a couple of hours in at the gym today.Day 2
Ouch. Another busy day but still managed to sneak them in. Not much else to report today reallyThe real day 1.
We returned home from an amazing holiday yesterday with extended family the day before yesterday. I managed to do my push ups this morning. It's been a super busy day, getting sorted after holidays, work, just general parent stuff.T shirt arrived today!
I didn't know a t shirt was on the way! It's given me a bit of a boost to keep going. What day is it???
I've lost track of days! But I've still been on it and I will do this.Late night boost!
I've done A LOT of miles and gigs today. Even by my standards it's been a long day. I'm going to go upstairs (after an episode of Ludwig obvs) and smash them out. Which will either wear me out entirely or give me a late night boost of energy (winky face tongue out).Day 2
Well... I'm definitely a morning person! Super busy today, had to do them just now. Lack of energy meant I really struggled. But I got them done.Day 1
Did it. Did it at the gym rather than my original plan to do it at work, where there'd be moral support.Starting tomorrow obvs
Signed up today. Will do my first set at work tomorrow with the support of Mt magnificent colleaguesI’m doing 100 push-ups a day in November for GOSH Charity!
I’m challenging myself to do 100 push-ups a day this November to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSH Charity).
Every day brings new challenges at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). Every day, around 750 seriously ill children and young people are seen at GOSH from all over the UK for life-changing treatment and care. Every day, doctors and nurses battle the most complex illnesses, and the brightest minds come together to achieve pioneering medical breakthroughs.
And with every push-up I do, I’ll be helping GOSH Charity give seriously ill children the chance of a better future.
This extraordinary hospital has always depended on charitable support, so please help me to achieve my goal by giving whatever you can; no amount is too small to make a difference.
Well done, bro!
