There fuck all staff anymore and even a new born died at our hospital last week due to nurse being under pressure sutn dodgy all being covered up so just trying to my bit n carry on with these charaities. 2 days sober just to make it a real challenge. Hitting the water and going in deep and won't stop.

As you can all see I'm not fit as a fiddle, I've been in a mental rut for a few years after an industrial incident. completely let myself go,have finnished my PTSD therapy and have never felt more alive! I only started training 2 weeks ago. First day I couldn't hit 11 for the life of me.today I'm on 20. My plan is to go live stream on Instagram every hour with a set of 25 in each set until completion every day.i will be making a donation very soon .let's all do this for the children who need it especially how the systems going ...

I’m doing 100 push-ups a day in July for GOSH Charity!

I’m challenging myself to do 100 push-ups a day this July to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSH Charity).

Every day brings new challenges at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). Every day, around 750 seriously ill children and young people are seen at GOSH from all over the UK for life-changing treatment and care. Every day, doctors and nurses battle the most complex illnesses, and the brightest minds come together to achieve pioneering medical breakthroughs.

And with every push-up I do, I’ll be helping GOSH Charity give seriously ill children the chance of a better future.

This extraordinary hospital has always depended on charitable support, so please help me to achieve my goal by giving whatever you can; no amount is too small to make a difference.
