I’m stepping up for seriously ill kids
Great Ormand Street Hospital has a huge place in my heart, treating my younger sister until she was 18. I’ve decided to do the following, to give something back to such a wonderful hospital. Ironically, the one machine I run away from at the gym is the stair master, so this is my worst nightmare! Ben will be joining me :)
I'll be climbing 36 floors and 896 steps up London's iconic Walkie Talkie building on Saturday 28 March 2026 to help build the new Children’s Cancer Centre at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH).
No childhood should be cut short by cancer.
Research and treatments have dramatically improved survival, but cancer is still the biggest killer of children aged one to 14 in the UK.
GOSH needs a new home for breakthrough treatments, so we can save more children’s lives. And because cancer shouldn't get to steal anyone's childhood, we need a place that's more than a hospital – a place that's a school, a playground, a garden and so much more.
