The big skip and why

Iv decided to take on this challenge of skipping everyday in September to try and raise as much money as I can as well as raise awareness of some of what our girls go through. It’s a great challenge that I can do at home whilst getting cheered on by Harper, Hettie and Raine. 

As most of you know GOSH has performed several life saving surgeries on Raine. They were also the first London consultants we had ever met when harper was a baby. We were so scared of the future and the unknown but the support we received was incredible. They always speak about surgery like they are making a cup of tea. Literally putting us at ease every time. The people who work there clearly care and want to make a difference.
When we have been desperately needing help in the middle of the night the specialists have been there on the other end of the phone advising us and supporting us. 
The list is endless.

I’m skipping 100 times a day in September for GOSH Charity! 

I’m challenging myself to skip 100 times every day this September to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSH Charity). Please help me in reaching my goal!

Every day brings new challenges at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). Every day, around 750 seriously ill children and young people are seen at GOSH from all over the UK for life-changing treatment and care. Every day, doctors and nurses battle the most complex illnesses, and the brightest minds come together to achieve pioneering medical breakthroughs. 

And with every day I skip, I’ll be helping GOSH Charity give seriously ill children the chance of a better future.

This extraordinary hospital has always depended on charitable support, so please help me to achieve my goal by giving whatever you can; no amount is too small to make a difference.
