The main man...
The boy that started this GOSH journey with his kidney disease, has joined the team. Jacob and his girlfriend have joined the climb with me and Sophie.
Roped the daughter in...
When Jacob was being treated at GOSH I stayed with him for many weeks, which meant being away from my young daughter. Sophie also suffered with Jacob being in there and she has seen the great work they do. So she has agreed to join in with the climb with me.
I’m stepping up for seriously ill kids
I'll be climbing 36 floors and 896 steps up London's iconic Walkie Talkie building on Saturday 28 March 2026 to help build the new Children’s Cancer Centre at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH).
No childhood should be cut short by cancer.
Research and treatments have dramatically improved survival, but cancer is still the biggest killer of children aged one to 14 in the UK.
GOSH needs a new home for breakthrough treatments, so we can save more children’s lives. And because cancer shouldn't get to steal anyone's childhood, we need a place that's more than a hospital – a place that's a school, a playground, a garden and so much more.
