My target 113 kms

45 km to go!

Eyes on the prize another 5km down today with a steady afternoon run! On the home stretch 🏃

50km done 👍🏻

50km done! Nice 9km run yesterday and then a 4Km 6 a side football match today bumps me up to the half way mark.

12 days left, 50km to go! Let’s go this 💪

This week!

Been a bit of an up and down week this week for the running. I took a couple of knocks in the first week of Feb (which really dosnt help) which has slowed me down. Now at the end of that I am looking at ramping up the Km.

I went for a 3 Tuesday then covered 3.5 in football Thursday.

Just now finished a 7km so coming in strong.

Aiming for come big runs this week to smash out the numbers!

3km Post injury run

I have had a few days off from running since Wednesday night. I took a knock in the rib on the Monday night football which brought in a bit of discomfort. Managed a nice 3km today which felt good so will pick up some more KM over the next couple of days!

4.68 km more 💪

Good Monday night football tonight, running about and getting the Km in!

4km down

Please excuse that it says 13km completed, it’s added a few additional runs from prior to Feb on so I’ve upped my total to 113km needed.

First official run down, a nice 4Km run around the emirates before work 💪

I’m running 100km in February for GOSH Charity!

I’m challenging myself to run 100km this February to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity (GOSH Charity).

Childhood is special. It should be a time of joy, wonder, curiosity and fun. Of making friends, making mistakes, and growing into the adults we become. But it’s also fragile, and sometimes all too brief.

That’s why Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity raises funds to help give seriously ill children childhoods that are fuller, funner and longer. For the children from all over the UK who are treated by Great Ormond Street Hospital every day, for children with rare or complex illnesses everywhere, for this generation and all those to come. Because no childhood should be lost to serious illness.

And with every kilometre I run, and every pound raised, we’ll be helping to give seriously ill children the best chance and the best childhood possible.

Please help me to achieve my goal by giving whatever you can; no amount is too small to make a difference.
