Currently away in St Vincent and the Grenadines, however I am making sure, I keep up my squat challenge.

Family/Friends encouraging me & getting involved.

This morning i completed my 50 squats with hubby, then we did a workout at 6am, by the end of our 45 minutes workout we were sweating 🥵, but i felt really supported.

Additionally my sister, niece and bestie said that they have all been doing squats each day some not making it to 50, but it’s great that they are getting involved and moving 😄

There are so many variations of squats that can be performed, so for my squat challenge I am going to try a different squat variation each day for the 30 days in November.

I’m doing 1500 squats in November for GOSH Charity!

I’m challenging myself to do 1500 squats this November to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSH Charity).

Every day brings new challenges at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). Every day, around 750 seriously ill children and young people are seen at GOSH from all over the UK for life-changing treatment and care. Every day, doctors and nurses battle the most complex illnesses, and the brightest minds come together to achieve pioneering medical breakthroughs.

And with every squat I do, I’ll be helping GOSH Charity give seriously ill children the chance of a better future.

This extraordinary hospital has always depended on charitable support, so please help me to achieve my goal by giving whatever you can; no amount is too small to make a difference.
