I’m running 100K in September for GOSH Charity! 

I’m challenging myself to run 100 kilometres this September to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSH Charity).

I haven’t run since my last aborted attempt in lockdown. I went into my 40’s doing a triathlon but since then have managed very little with perimenopause challenging my motivation and health. So this is my attempt at taking control so I finish my 47th year healthier than any of the rest of my 40’s!! 

By doing this for such a great cause I’m hoping it will give me the motivation and strength to continue even when I want to give up (which I’m sure I will).
