1500 Squats in November 2023

My reasons for doing the squat challenge

I have decided to take on the 1500 squats November challenge to help raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital.

For me, this is an amazing cause and very close to my heart. I had childhood cancer when I was 22 months old and spent a year receiving treatment from this incredible hospital.

If anyone would like to donate to this wonderful cause it would be truly appreciated. This hospital runs on charity alone so it will mean so much to so many.

Ive also had a baby recently, and these squats will really help me get back into shape too!!!

I’m doing 1500 squats in November for GOSH Charity!

I’m challenging myself to do 1500 squats this November to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSH Charity).

Every day brings new challenges at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). Every day, around 750 seriously ill children and young people are seen at GOSH from all over the UK for life-changing treatment and care. Every day, doctors and nurses battle the most complex illnesses, and the brightest minds come together to achieve pioneering medical breakthroughs.

And with every squat I do, I’ll be helping GOSH Charity give seriously ill children the chance of a better future.

This extraordinary hospital has always depended on charitable support, so please help me to achieve my goal by giving whatever you can; no amount is too small to make a difference.
