20 Mins of Yoga a Day in July

Giving Back

Such an great opportunity to raise some money for a fantastic charity. Being blessed with five children myself I forever worry about my childrens health. 
After my youngest became unwell last year and needed to stay in hospital whilst the staff carried out various test I quickly learnt how valuable Drs and Nurses are. I couldn’t thank them enough for the tests, diagnosis and treatment she received. Whilst this was at a local hospital I still would like to give back to the NHS and Great Ormond Street Childrens Charity seems like they perfect way to do this. So please donate whatever you can, every little helps. 

I’m doing 20 minutes of yoga every day of July for GOSH Charity! 

I’m challenging myself to practise 20 minutes of yoga every day this July to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSH Charity).

Every day brings new challenges at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). Every day, around 750 seriously ill children and young people are seen at GOSH from all over the UK for life-changing treatment and care. Every day, doctors and nurses battle the most complex illnesses, and the brightest minds come together to achieve pioneering medical breakthroughs. 

And with every day I complete yoga, I’ll be helping GOSH Charity give seriously ill children the chance of a better future.

This extraordinary hospital has always depended on charitable support, so please help me to achieve my goal by giving whatever you can; no amount is too small to make a difference.
