Better late than never!

Hi all. 

So I’m blaming Andy for roping me into this! He thinks it was me but it wasn’t! 

However what I can say is that Great Ormond Street hospital  do incredible work for many children and their families and their research is pioneering and life saving. 

We’ve all been recipients of great hospital service ( and if you haven’t yet- you will! ) 
So climbing the 900 plus stairs with a dodgy hip and breathing hard will all be worth it for the many who will benefit from the money raised by everyone doing this challenge on Saturday. 

Give whatever you can, no matter how small. 
And THANK YOU ! 🙏 

I’m stepping up for seriously ill kids

I'll be climbing 36 floors and 896 steps up London's iconic Walkie Talkie building on Saturday 28 March 2026 to help build the new Children’s Cancer Centre at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH).

No childhood should be cut short by cancer.

Research and treatments have dramatically improved survival, but cancer is still the biggest killer of children aged one to 14 in the UK.

GOSH needs a new home for breakthrough treatments, so we can save more children’s lives. And because cancer shouldn't get to steal anyone's childhood, we need a place that's more than a hospital – a place that's a school, a playground, a garden and so much more.
