100 Push-Ups a Day in January 2025

Back me.

My back has gone (I blame the fence) However I'm still trying to hit the target. 40 out so far but I'll make them up.

All pain. Some gain.

So after a lovely virus and the recommencement of the working week, its been tough!
50 in the morning, a cheeky 10 in the coffee area (no one even noticed) and 40 at home. Getting there.
Its quite remarkable how quickly you get used it.

Day 2/3

Well the last 30 were done at 2300 due a rough day of lad, and the house in general, being unwell.
40 done this morning.
Feeling better already.

First day

It's new Year's day. The little lad thought 5am was a perfectly good time to wake up.
And thus, the press ups begin.
I haven't done a damn thing since he was born, my shoulders are not going to like me.

I’m doing 100 push-ups a day in January for GOSH Charity!

I’m challenging myself to do 100 push-ups a day this January to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity (GOSH Charity).

Childhood is special. It should be a time of joy, wonder, curiosity and fun. Of making friends, making mistakes, and growing into the adults we become. But it’s also fragile, and sometimes all too brief.

That’s why Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity raises funds to help give seriously ill children childhoods that are fuller, funner and longer. For the children from all over the UK who are treated by Great Ormond Street Hospital every day, for children with rare or complex illnesses everywhere, for this generation and all those to come. Because no childhood should be lost to serious illness.

And with every push-up I do, and every pound raised, we’ll be helping to give seriously ill children the best chance and the best childhood possible.

Please help me to achieve my goal by giving whatever you can; no amount is too small to make a difference.
