Day 9

Dear Fam,
Have you checked the weather lately? It is absolutely a scorcher ☀️ and then Insane folks were out there running. Don't look at me🤣. I had to...
Anyways, this endeavour today is dedicated to my Son who played a blinder ⚽ in today's game against Tottenham Hotspur.
Thanks to my Family who are putting up with me, banging on about this God sent Charity GOSH. Love you guys ❤️. 14.44KM

Day 6

Dear Fam,
It's Rest day, I listened to my body today not my mind - because I clearly lost it yesterday 🤣🤣. Oh! Come off it Fam, I haven't lost me Marbles.
You gotta feed all you.
Fed my soul with my eclectic taste of music
My Mind trying to muster up another brave moves tomorrow.
My Body having a well deserved rest. Right?
All me is a winner. Thats my story and I'm sticking with it 😊

Thank you the wonderful team at Great Ormond Street hospital for always bringing smiles and sunshine when it's needed the most💙.
Stay Solid 💪🏿 Fam.

Day 5

Hey Fam,
I did it today , stuff on my bucket list - Run the Grand Union Canal - Birmingham bit.
The cyclist must hate me today 🤣 Let's just say Mi Nan can run faster..
I soaked in the beautiful weather and the breeze from the eerie but calming route.
I managed just over 16km and it felt bloody good.
Thanks for your donation and support, what it means is that I got to crack on and get it sorted.

Stay Solid Fam 💪🏿

Day 4

Dear Fam,
This was much fun 💪🏿😊 💯.
Totally enjoyed it.
In just an hour, I was able to put into perspective of why I am doing this torturous act 😂, (Don't mind me, I am a Londoner, we like a good moan every now and then). Anyways, £8 Can fund where our brave parents can be have a kip.
£10, can a unit research to help our Lil Heroes.
Thanks for support in everyway.
I will hit my Target 🎯 no ifs no buts🤜🏾
Stay Solid 💪🏿

Day 3

Dear Fam and my Mind 😊,

Today was truly epic, got off the mark like I was racing with Mo Farah. Silly me! I eventually reverted back to my OG kushty pace.
My mind was heavy with lots of stuff and the music in my ears wasn't cutting it. I nearly quit at 75th Minute, however lots was at stake for our little heroes - bless their hearts . So, I got to do what I got to do. Keep running.
Fam, welcome to the mind of a runner, it's absolutely chaotic best of times😂.

Stay Solid 💪🏿

Day 2

Dear Fam,
Rest is a must . Looking forward to putting the work in day 3.
My Mother was pleased that I was fundraising for GOSH.
Top woman she is 😃.
I will free style tomorrow and shave down 80 KM 💪🏿

Stay Solid

Day 1

Dear Fam,
I kept my promise to myself, I am not time trying, it's all about chipping away the kilometres at my OG's pace 😂,
I got under the belt 19.5 km today.
Enthusiasm running high and all , however I am determined to get there and possibly more. Stay with me and stay Solid 💪🏿

Run Run Run

Hi Fam,
I am excited to take on this wonderful venture. My Mother enjoyed working at Great Ormond Street hospital as a Pediatric Nurse for so many years. The care out there for our little heroes are second to none.
Thanks for supporting me.

Tomorrow I will go with the flow and bring back a few kilometres.

Let's go!!!

I’m running 100K in September for GOSH Charity!

I’m challenging myself to run 100 kilometres this September to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSH Charity).

Every day brings new challenges at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). Every day, around 750 seriously ill children and young people are seen at GOSH from all over the UK for life-changing treatment and care. Every day, doctors and nurses battle the most complex illnesses, and the brightest minds come together to achieve pioneering medical breakthroughs.

And with every kilometre I run, I’ll be helping GOSH Charity give seriously ill children the chance of a better future.

This extraordinary hospital has always depended on charitable support, so please help me to achieve my goal by giving whatever you can; no amount is too small to make a difference.
