My target 31 kms

It's over!

With over 62 miles completed and £117 raised (excluding the matched donations), a big thank you to all who donated. I'm off to have a rest :-)

Soggy feet

Still lots of water around the area but a 10k leaves just a few miles left for tomorrow and the 62 mile target.

100km?

Aiming to double the target going for 100km (62 miles) before the month is out. Lots of muddy trails and deep water today.

Calm after the storm

More flooding in the wake of storm Isha but a beautiful day for a run.

Sunday walk

Walk out with the family aiming to get back before storm Isha landed and getting some practice in for an upcoming trip to the welsh border.

It's cold!

-1c to be exact, but at least the flood water was frozen down by some of my favourite running trails in Reading. Hit the magic 31 miles for JanuRun after this 10k run, but we keep pushing to see what we can achieve.

TVP Run

TVP has experienced some major flooding recently, while it looks to be subsiding, most running routes around TVP are still blocked.

Halfway there

Lots of flooding around the Thames Valley at the moment making it tricky to find good routes.

I’m running a minimum of 31 miles in January for Great Ormond Street

I’m going to be running a minimum of 31 miles in January to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSH Charity).

My employer is running a great initiative in supporting my fundraising for an important cause which has helped our friends in the past.
