1500 Squats in November 2023

Day 9

50 complete plus extras....went aerial forgot about the Squats done in warm up ops....the hips are feeling it today

Day 6

The mother challenged me to squat holding the chair, so I did now I have sore thighs and a bruised shin lol ops

Father went beast mode and did squats with the kettle bell...too early on day 6 lol

Day 5

The burn us real, realised I needed to do 25 more today while at a firework display soooo squats while watching a display it was 🤣

Day 1 done, a few done with kettle bell decided that's a silly idea on day one 

I’m doing 1500 squats in November for GOSH Charity! 

I’m challenging myself to do 1500 squats this November to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSH Charity).

Every day brings new challenges at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). Every day, around 750 seriously ill children and young people are seen at GOSH from all over the UK for life-changing treatment and care. Every day, doctors and nurses battle the most complex illnesses, and the brightest minds come together to achieve pioneering medical breakthroughs. 

And with every squat I do, I’ll be helping GOSH Charity give seriously ill children the chance of a better future.

This extraordinary hospital has always depended on charitable support, so please help me to achieve my goal by giving whatever you can; no amount is too small to make a difference.
