We’re joining the race to help beat childhood cancer by taking part in RBC Race for the Kids

On the 3rd October 2023 my Grandson was only 17 months when he was diagnosed with a rare form of leukaemia called APL he was blue lighted to great Ormond Street. He had to stay in for over a month to have a blood transfusion and bone marrow surgery as well as starting chemo. He also had to have a pick line in his arm so it was easy to have chemo? ever since then we have been up great Ormond Street twice a week for chemo I would just like to say how grateful I am to all the doctors and nurses as they are amazing team without their support. And reassurance, I don’t know how we would’ve managed
