Stair Running

Running up stairs can be quite challenging as it requires more strength and cardiovascular endurance than running on flat ground. The difficulty level depends on the number of stairs, their steepness, your current fitness level, and your pace. It typically engages your lower body muscles intensely, including the calves, thighs, and glutes, providing a great workout but can be demanding, especially for beginners.

I’m climbing the Walkie Talkie Tower to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity!

I'll be climbing up London's iconic building on Saturday 8 March 2025, up 36 floors and 896 steps, to raise money to help give seriously ill children childhoods that are fuller, funner and longer. 

Please sponsor me and help to fund groundbreaking research, cutting-edge medical equipment, the rebuilding and refurbishment of child-centred facilities, and essential support services for children and their families.
