I'm taking part in GOSH Charity's JanuRun challenge and running, walking or wheeling 31 miles this January.

Week 4

Nearly there! I suggested he got for a quick 2k just to keep ticking over and he ended up running almost 5km on Saturday.

Week 3

Bang on target, John is hoping for the wind to die down as he's not exactly built for running in this weather.

Even stronger second week, dragged his old man round the streets of Hemel a few times, now just over the halfway mark

John is making a positive start to 2024 by running, 31 miles in January, all to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSH Charity). (I'll be running with him)

And every day that I run, walk or wheel you'll help GOSH Charity give seriously ill children the chance of a better future.
