Walk to Pitville Park
Epic walk to Pitville Park via the Honeyborne Line. Perfect pathway for the kid's scooters which they really enjoyed 😀Father's Day Walk
We celebrated Father's Day with a 4.17 mile walk around the beautiful Soudley Ponds over at the Forest of Dean. We saw ducks, sheep, horses, butterflies and more, stopping off at the Forest of Dean Heritage Centre cafe for a well deserved cake as well 😁School's In!
Lou, Paul & Katie got the new term off to a great start by walking (Lou) & scooting (Paul & Katie) to & from school. Putting me to shame! Great work guys 🤛First Walk!
We kicked off the challenge with a family walk to the cinema. We all clocked up 2.44 miles and thoroughly enjoyed the new Lilo & Stitch movie 👍This June, our family will be lacing up our trainers to take on the Great Family Walk.
We’ll be walking 42 miles between us throughout the month, the distance of the Mount Kilimanjaro Climb, whilst raising money to help build the new Children’s Cancer Centre at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH).
Your donations will help to keep us all motivated to get out there and clock up the miles, but they’ll also help to beat cancer for more children.
Childhood and cancer. Two words that should never go together.
But, every week, around five children in the UK lose their lives to cancer. That’s five families who are faced with the worst news possible.
GOSH already cares for children with the hardest-to-treat cancers, and new treatments are giving hope to kids across the UK. But these advances have outstripped GOSH’s current cancer facilities.
Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSH Charity) needs your help to build a new home for breakthrough treatments and pioneering research, so we can help save more children’s lives.
Together, we can Walk it. Build it. Beat it.
