The Great Family Walk 2025

All the funds raised from The Great Family Walk will go towards the development of cancer care at Great Ormond Street Hospital. In the event that costs change, or the needs of the hospital or patients change, we reserve the right to redirect funds for use against the hospital’s most urgent needs.

LAST DAY 30/06/25 🩷

Sorry for the missing updates! We have had a lot going on so I haven’t managed to get on to update as I had hoped I would throughout the month!

That being said though, it’s a given that as a team, we have absolutely smashed the 60 miles and doubled plus more not only the target miles but the target donations too!✨

You’ve all been absolutely fantastic with donating and supporting us with our first ever fundraiser and we are excited to do it again.

With that being said, we wanted to say a massive THANK YOU to absolutely all of you. We will forever be grateful and appreciate every single person who helped along the way with this!💚

GOSH are amazing and I hope this goes towards helping many many more poorly children to recover in the future :)

Thanks again you legends 🫶🏼

🫶🏼 One week in 🫶🏼

Xay got poorly again and ended up in hospital with another ear infection so we haven’t done much the past couple of days but we will pick it up again once she’s gained her strength back!

She rocked her GOSH tshirt today whilst out shopping and loved the compliments though! 🫶🏼

Thanks so so much for all the kind words, support and donations! We truly appreciate each and every one of you whether it’s a donation or cheering us on 🩷💚

To be continued 💫

Thank you all!

4 days in and we have been hobbling along, doing what we promised we would do!

Thanks so so much to each and every one of you for your donations and belief in us! We truly appreciate it 🫶🏼

This June, our family will be lacing up our trainers to take on the Great Family Walk.

We’ll be walking 42 miles between us throughout the month, the distance of the Mount Kilimanjaro Climb, whilst raising money to help build the new Children’s Cancer Centre at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH).

Your donations will help to keep us all motivated to get out there and clock up the miles, but they’ll also help to beat cancer for more children.

Childhood and cancer. Two words that should never go together.

But, every week, around five children in the UK lose their lives to cancer. That’s five families who are faced with the worst news possible.

GOSH already cares for children with the hardest-to-treat cancers, and new treatments are giving hope to kids across the UK. But these advances have outstripped GOSH’s current cancer facilities.

Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSH Charity) needs your help to build a new home for breakthrough treatments and pioneering research, so we can help save more children’s lives.

Together, we can Walk it. Build it. Beat it.
