Our Family's Progress
Southend at Sea
Yesterday we went on an adventure walk to Southend at Sea. Even if the beach was not exactly what we expected, we had still a great time walking for GOSH, found some amazing sea shells, a lovely little Fish and Chips Cafe and even dinosaurs! :-)Pergola Picknick and Walk
Today we went for a nice Picknick and walk in the Pergola in Hampstead. What a beautiful place! We crowned the trip with some rolly pollies on the dried out grass which gave us a terrible all-body-itch on the way back! We couldn’t get to the shower fast enough! Haha! 😝Saving our groceries!
After silly mummy forgot our weekly grocery shopping at the car park we had to walk the entire way back to save it! Luckily the friendly staff of the supermarket saved it for us and it all ended in a lot of laugh! 😆Zoo trip
Today we had a great out at London Zoo! We saw penguins, giant salamanders and even a sleeping lion! This August, our family is joining The Great Family Walk!
GOSH already cares for children with the hardest to treat cancers, and new treatments are giving hope to children and their families. But these advances have outstripped GOSH's current cancer facilities.
We need a new home for breakthrough treatments and pioneering research, so we can save more children's lives. And because cancer shouldn't get to steal anyone's childhood, we need a place that's more than a hospital – a place that's a school, a playground, a garden, and so much more.
Please consider sponsoring us so together we can Walk it. Build it. Beat it.
All the funds raised from The Great Family Walk will go towards the development of cancer care at Great Ormond Street Hospital. In the event that costs change, or the needs of the hospital or patients change, we reserve the right to redirect funds for use against the hospital’s most urgent needs.
